Phone interview

An informal interview will take place on the phone, and you will be invited to ask any general questions about the organization.
 

Reference check

You will be asked to send in 3 references to us (1 supervisor and 2 character references). We will call them as soon as possible (it can take 2 weeks to contact people).
 

Interview and form completion

Prospective volunteers are then invited to visit the house and meet our staff and volunteers. You will complete an application form, the police check form and we will have an interview.
 

Final decision

If you are eligible to be a caregiver and you want to join our team at Perram House, you will be invited to attend the next Caregiver Training program.
