Persons eligible for service include those:

   Living with life threatening illness or terminal illness

   Who have limited family support, are living on their own.

   Aware of and understand the end of life care provided by the Residential Hospice
    and agree to the parameters of care provided
 
   Requiring end of life care and having a limited life expectancy if the illness runs its normal
    course


Persons eligible for our Respite Program include those:

Living with life threatening illness or terminal illness in the home and who wish to provide up to two weeks relief to their caregiver. This service is based on availability of our visitors’ room.

The mission of Perram House is to provide a warm home and optimal healthcare during the client’s final days. We may have a waitlist for services, which must be managed in a fair and equitable manner. Accordingly, open and transparent waitlist criteria and process have been developed with a foundation based on fairness and need. Those with the greatest need are highest priority, if all else is equal. However, only clients who meet the general eligibility criteria will be admitted.
